You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — for both the monthly and the lifetime plan — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@newworldrecords.rocks with:

• the email address used for the purchase, and
• your order/receipt number (from your Tentary purchase email).

We process eligible refunds within a few business days, returned to the original payment method via our payment provider, Tentary.

After 14 days

• Monthly plan: cancel any time to stop future charges; the current paid period stays active until it ends. Past periods are not refunded after the 14-day window.
• Lifetime plan: the 14-day guarantee applies as above.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer law (e.g. the EU right of withdrawal).
